PackageLens is a research service operated by Tyasi LLC for business customers.

Inquiry, scope, and price

Submitting the form does not create an order or charge you. A standard brief costs US$500 and covers your SaaS product plus up to three competitors, a source-linked comparison, two usage scenarios, and three recommendations. We confirm the exact scope and payment arrangements in writing before work begins.

Delivery and corrections

Delivery is due within two business days after scope acceptance and cleared payment, excluding US federal holidays. A missing source or required clarification may require an agreed revised deadline. One factual correction round is included if requested within seven days of delivery. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will offer a revised scope or a refund before proceeding.

Research limitations

We check public sources for the specific brief. Vendor prices and features change. Facts, calculations, unknowns, and recommendations are distinguished. Recommendations are hypotheses for your judgment and testing; no revenue, savings, or conversion result is promised. The service excludes legal, tax, investment, and regulatory advice, customer interviews, and implementation.

Use and contact

You may use a delivered brief internally in your business. Source materials retain their original ownership; vendor names identify the products researched and imply no endorsement. Email packagelens@tyasi.io about service questions or corrections.
