When it is useful
Use a brief before changing seat charges, setting usage bands, moving features between plans, or explaining a price difference to your team. For example, a low headline price may cover fewer seats or count events differently. We model the agreed workload before drawing a conclusion.
How an engagement works
- Send your product URL, the decision you are making, and up to three competitor URLs through the fit-check form.
- We confirm the question, comparison requirements, two workloads, scope and payment arrangements in writing. An inquiry creates no order or charge.
- After accepted scope and cleared payment, we research public sources, check calculations and deliver the brief.
- Request the included factual correction round within seven days if needed.
What is outside the scope
We do not conduct customer interviews, estimate willingness to pay or price elasticity, implement changes, or promise a winning price or revenue lift. Unpublished enterprise quotes, confidential customer data and legal or tax advice are excluded. Recommendations are hypotheses for your judgment and testing.
Questions before you book
Is this software or a subscription?
It is an independent, one-off research service. The standard brief is US$500; there is no subscription.
Can you determine what our customers will pay?
Public competitor research can clarify market offers and generate tests. It cannot establish your customers’ willingness to pay. That needs separate customer research and validation.
Do you need private customer data?
No. We use public product, pricing and documentation sources plus the comparison requirements you agree with us. Please do not send confidential information through the form.
