What we collect and why

We store the email address, website URLs, decision description, submission time, request reference, and consent version you submit, so we can evaluate and respond to your request. Please send public business information only. We do not ask for passwords, payment card details, or confidential customer data.

Storage and access

The site and inquiry database use Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. PackageLens operators access inquiries to handle research, sales, and support. We do not publish inquiries or sell contact information. This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process technical request data for service operation and security.

Retention and requests

Our policy is to retain unconverted inquiries for up to 90 days, then remove them. Records needed for an active engagement, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations may be retained longer. To request access, correction, or deletion, email packagelens@tyasi.io from the same email and include your request reference if available. Such requests do not require a purchase. We may verify ownership before acting.

Do not submit sensitive personal information. Material changes to this notice will be dated here.
